For three decades, my journey in real estate has been driven by a simple philosophy: care for each client’s needs as if they were my own. Starting as a Loan Officer assistant and then as a Loan Officer, I quickly learned the ropes of the financial aspects crucial to real estate transactions. In 2000, I took a significant step forward by obtaining my real estate license, fueled by the desire to make the home-buying process more transparent and client-focused. Yet, I realized that to make a difference truly, I needed more control and influence. That led me to acquire my broker’s license in 2004, aiming to offer unmatched and customized service and expertise

I am passionate about developing real estate agents who are not only skilled but also value collaboration over competition. By sharing the tools and knowledge I’ve gathered, I help agents work smarter and grow together in a supportive community.

Today, I lead Reality World Diamonds alongside my husband and five sons. It’s more than a real estate business; it’s our way of helping families like yours find their perfect home, with two of my sons as realtors and the younger three enhancing our operations in marketing and administration.
